EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES DECEMBER 8, 2004

Meeting was called to order @7:14 p.m.

Senn update: December 15 CPS will vote on the topic. ONE will host Arne Duncan to discuss the topic.

Zoning and Planning update: sone new buildings will be built on Granville and Broadway. No update on 1515 Victoria. Gethsemane Properties--They are working with Tom Tunney's office in Wrigleyville's office to see how they did their reversion clause to try to apply the same type of clause to Gethsemane's properties on Victoria.

CAPS update: There is a need to light up the alley behind the Capital Garage due to increased Gang activity.

Motion to postpone elections to January was seconded and approved.
