EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES February 13, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m. There were 13 people in attendance.

The minutes of the January meeting were unanimously approved.

Treasurer's report: $358.40 on hand. There are no outstanding debts.

Georgette Truhlar seeks a special use permit for camp 4paws at 5709 N. Clark. Harris bank will be on 1st floor. Dogs on 2nd floor. This is not currently zoned c1. She seeks a special use permit for c1 to allow this type of business. A special use permit is attatched to a business not a location.
Roy Steinke makes a motion to approve the special use permit. There is a motion made to table the 1st motion until next month. yea 2, nay 9, abstain 1. The vote on the 1st motion was then taken: Yea 9, nay 1, abstain 1. The motion to approve the special use permit carries.

P&D Report: Toyota: Current facilities will become storage. Southeast corner of Broadway and Hollywood will be a 4 story showroom. They will also build a facility on the southwest corner. The Toyota plan was approved by 2 block clubs. Garage doors on Hollywood will be entrance only.

House garage and gate campaign to get address numbers on the back of every property. This will be Sue Morales' legacy campaign.

Wishful Thinking: Establish a Vice-President position.
