EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES January 12, 2005

Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m.

Received a presentation for property at 1262 Bryn Mawr. A motion to send a letter to the alderman's office, with carbon copy to Edgewater Community Council and the owner and the developer to come back to us with concrete plans with use and descriptions presented to us prior to our endorsement was seconded and approved.

Received a presentation for property at 5870 - 72 N. Ridge. Proposed tear down of 4 unit building for parking lot and rehab of 19 unit building. No requests made by the developer at this time.

A motion to change Gethsemane's residential properties to zone B1-1, the lowest business zone, with a letter on file at the alderman's office to document the claim that the properties will revert to residential property upon sale of the property was seconded and approved.

Elections: Chris Lawrence -President Mari Colello - Secretary Sue Morales - Treasurer

ETNA would like to pursue sending out a quarterly newsletter to its residents and property owners. More news to follow.
