EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES JULY 9, 2003

Approval of Minutes and Treasurer’s Report: Approval of Minutes and Treasurer’s report was postponed until the September meeting.

Issues: Pat Daley gave a presentation about a development he is doing at 1517 Ardmore. No zoning variances are required. He is replacing a single family home with a three unit condo building.

Tom Smith from the City Planning Department and Marge Britton from the alderman’s office were in attendance to speak to ETNA about the pros and cons of downzoning. Tom was also available to answer questions from the floor.

Motions: Motion to move the downzone process forward was seconded and approved. Official ballot count: 24 yes, 0 no, 4 abstentions

Motion to host a special downzone meeting on July 23rd was seconded and approved. Official ballot count: 26 yes, 0 no, 0 abstentions

Meeting adjourned approximately 8:30.
