EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES JULY 14, 2004

Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Motion to approve minutes & treasurer's report was seconded and approved.

Presentation was given on property at 5775 N. Ridge for the theater group. They would like to switch the zoning from B2-2 to B4-2. They will use parking at Senn High School The requested a letter of support from ETNA for zoning change and special use permit for parking at Senn. Motion to grant letter was seconded and approved unanimously.

Zoning and Planning update: Clark Street --They are discussing plans on Clark Street such as a cap on the rent for small businesses or some other input to save small businesses on Clark Street.

Motion to ask the Alderman's office ot add a "No Through Traffic" sign on the south and west side of the alley abutting Victoria was seconded and approved.

New Business-CAPS funding cut. Meetings are every other month.

This was suggested as an agenda item for the September meeting to try to reinstate monthly meetings.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
