MONTHLY MINUTES
July 11, 2007


The meeting was called to order at 7:14 p.m. There were 12 people in attendance.

The minutes of the June meeting were unanimously approved.

Treasurer's report: $415.00 on hand.

Hollywood/Sheridan TIF:
ETNA opposed the TIF but the Alderman's P&Z committee approved anyway. The TIF advisory committee has yet to be set up.

The Gethsemane Committee has not yet met.

Clark/Ridge building: EDC is looking for additional feedback. Chris Lawrence will write a letter to be sent to the Alderman's P&Z committee to ask what motion have been voted on with regard to this project.

Roy Steinke gave a GRIP Recap. There are some leftover funds that can be used for beatification.

Glennwood /Ridge garage is being remodeled as an art gallery with residential units above.

A motion to remove the speed hump in the alley between Olive and Hollywood passes unanimously.

Pat Daly's long suffering condo project is progressing.

Fireworks will be brought up at CAPS.

Discussion: The alley between Olive and Bryn Mawr is a hazard. Alley and Bryn Mawr instersection is a hazard.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
