EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES FROM JUNE 9, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.  

Motion to approve minutes and treasurer's report was seconded and approved.  

Update on Parking & Traffic - they will work with alderman's office to ensure that what her staff is communicating is consistent with her desires.  

The would support parking on Ridge

They have identified a problem spot in the alley behind Gethsemane Garden Center off Victoria -- would like to add "no through traffic" sign there.  

Alderman's office is keeping people updated on West Broadway development--they are proposing possible height restrictions.  

Gethsemane Garden Center--The best option will be to draft a Planned Urban Development to specify what can be done with the three residential lots operated commercially by Gethsemane.  

The presentation on 1515 W. Victoria was given.  Voting was tabled until the July meeting to give both neighbors a chance to express their views.  

Meeting adjourned at 8:50.
