EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES June 13, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 7:12 p.m. There were 20 people in attendance.

TIF presentation by Doug Fraser: The Alderman is requesting a vote on a massive Hollywood/Sheridan TIF from Rosemont south to Leland. Z&P will vote on the TIF at their June 28th meeting. There is a plan to save Hollywood house if the TIF is passed.
Motion: Not to vote tonight but get process for operating TIF in writing then vote by email. Motion passes with 9 yes votes and 7 no votes.

The minutes of the May meeting were unanimously approved.

Treasurer's report: $371.600 on hand. A $50 check to ECC is outstanding.

Mark Ross will take the lead on the Gethsemane Committee.

Clark/Ridge building: Sue will find out what motion was voted on at Z&P.

GRIP Recap: Tabled

Bryn Mawr: Skip-dash line down the middle of the street will be recommended.

Sue Morales is looking for sponsors for Hunger Walk on June 16th.
