EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES MARCH 10, 2004



Meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m.

ECC organizing a meeting for police beats to discuss issues with CAPS in the 20th and 23rd districts.

No new downzone updates.

No new updates on alderman's building and planning.

The Jewel Osco on Clark and Catalpa will be remodeled in 2005.

ETNA is considering a membership drive in spring and summer.

The parking and traffic committee to focus on Ridge traffic caliming. The alderman's office is also considering possible land change configurations on Sheridan and Broadway.

Gethsemane The reversion for commercial property to residential is not feasible because ETNA would not have standing in court. Another alternative is to grant Gethsemane a variance which would extinguish the need for commercial zoning.

Saturday May 1 is the city Clean & Green
