EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION

March 14, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. There were 17 people in attendance.
The minutes of the February meeting were unanimously approved.
Treasurer's report: $440.00 on hand.
Earth Day activities will be held on April 21st at Peirce School from 9 AM - 1 PM. ETNA will have a table that needs materials and manning.
Zoning for 1234 W. Bryn Mawr: The current zoning is B3-3. Lakefront Group Realty wants to turn the building into condos and would like to change the zoning so all levels could be used for residential. This is tabled until next month so this issue can be further explored.
Harry Osterman Letter: He is trying to get relief for condo buildings hit hard by electric rate increases. Discussed and discarded.
ECC Comittee and other meeting updates: Edgewater Beautiful is involved in planning Earth Day at Pierce. Z&P update. Update on CAPS doings by Sue Morales.
1210 W. Bryn Mawr: Tom Samuels says it is in CDOT's hands.
Discussion of possible ETNA garage sale: Sue is looking into partnering with other block clubs for a garage sale.
Updates: Gethsemene comittee has not met yet. Parking on Ridge is dead. Pat Daly's project on Clark still does not have a roof. I only have minutes going back to March 2003 on my computer, so I was unable to locate the original date when this project was proposed, but its been under way around 4 years now. The Senn Community meeting will be on March 26 to discuss the future of Senn.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
