EDGEWATER TRIANGLE NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MINUTES March 12, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. There were 11 people in attendance.

The minutes of the February meeting were unanimously approved.

Treasurer's report: $423.40 on hand. There are no outstanding debts.

Camp 4-paws has fallen through. The site has no tenant for the 2nd floor.

P&D Report: Meeting canceled.

Z&P Report: 5618 Winthrop approved.
6101 N. Clark to change zoning from b2-2 to b2-3. Going from 2 to 3 floors.
5651-9 N. Broadway to change from b3-3 to c2-5.

3/10 Senn Meeting: No one went.

Last 4 miles of lakefront meeting: Sheridan/Rogers Park residents against everything. Chris Lawrence will look into a multiblockclub meeting with Friends of the Parks representatives on plans.

EDC: Fundraiser is on April 1st at 5400 N Clark at 6:00.

Addresses on all garages campaign: A form will be developed to get resident's permission to put up addresses and remove graffitti.

EHS: Fundraiser is on April 13th at 6:45 at Edgewater Beach Apartments.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
