Treasurer's report: $445.00 on hand.

Presentation of redevelopment of Clark and Ridge building: Bernard Citron (zoning attorney), Joe Mirro (owner and developer) and Raymond Hartshorne (architect) gave a presentation on their plans for the building on the southeast corner. They came to the block club because they seeking custom zoning known as "planned development." They want to increase the building to 5 stories with 3 ground level commercial spaces. The upper floors will have 16 residential units each for a total of 64 units. There will be 30-34 parking spaces in the basement and another 10 on ground level. Ground level will also have a double wide drive through connecting Clark and Ridge. The 2nd floor will have a partial roof garden and the 5th floor will have a green roof. They are unsure if they will be condos or rentals but there will be affordable units. There will be no awnings. They are not seeking TIF funds for the project. Construction will last roughly a year and they will return to show us the final plans. The building was originally built in 1929.
