Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Update on www.etnabc.org--The content is in place, but not uploaded to the website yet. More details to follow.

In place of flyer distribution, ETNA will be using pre-printed post it notes instead of custom agenda to inform residents of location, time and place.

LaTache on Balmoral is requesting an incidental liquor license. Also, plans for 1122 Catalpa (Reza development) are being discussed at upcoming meetings of ECC and 48th ward zoning and planning.

Harry Osterman is working on the residential real estate bill in response to the increasing property taxes. Everyone is encouraged to file with ECC for the board of review for property taxes.

Joe Teller will be meeting with the Alderman's office to discuss ETNA's wishlist for 2004.

CAPS update--There was gunshots and a murder on Ridge. Everyone is encouraged to dial 911 for any suspicious behavior.

The block club is wanting a business development committee to foster relationships with local businesses and encourage their participation.

The minutes of the meeting were approved. Treasurer absent.

Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
