Meeting called to order at 7:12 p.m.

Minutes and Treasurer's report were approved.

ECC is looking at North and South Broadway plans (Bryn Mawr is approximate dividing line). They will do a temporary downzone until a study is complete to determine proper zoning of the area.

Clark Street development meeting will take place at Swedish American Museum on September 14 to address zoning and rent issues in Andersonville.

ECC is working on plans to increase membership.

CAPS update- Dog fighting is all over the city. Call 911 if you notice anything suspicious. Gang activity appears to be increasing. Also call 311 for any graffiti noticed in the area.

Motion to approve $45 for website maintenance was seconded and approved.
